Daniel (Dan) K. Schultz’s involvement with Information Technology solutions began in 1993. He has been involved in many aspects of the industry while working with mid-sized firms through, and including, global organizations. Dan has worked pre-Sales for PeopleSoft. Additionally he worked as an Account Manager for PeopleSoft where the emphasis was on implementing HRMS and Financial Applications into Federal Organizations. Dan helped identify and incorporate legislative requirements that needed to be added to the COTS application. Dan is a people person which led him into the Business Development arena. He functioned in that capacity for the University of Phoenix and now with COMPASS Information Systems, as Director of Recruiting he happily interacts with people at all levels daily!
In addition to his responsibilities with COMPASS, Mr. Schultz is very active in community affairs. He is active in youth activities in the areas of sports, scouting, academic enrichment, the arts and church. He takes a leadership role in each of these areas. Dan is married and has two children that are heavily involved in all types of sports and community interests. He also enjoys playing sports himself. Dan is game for most anything but competitively plays softball.
