Our Management Team

The COMPASS Information Systems, Inc., management team is comprised of six senior company managers, input from all COMPASS staff, and the Management Advisory Council which is an outside Board of Directors comprised of voluntary members from industry who advise COMPASS based on the current set of company business plans.

COMPASS Management Advisory Council (CMAC)

The COMPASS Management Advisory Council is established to provide the COMPASS business management team with advice in specific business areas on a quarterly basis. The council consists of seven directors, each with his or her own area of specialized expertise. A council member is expected to use that expertise and a review of COMPASS business to provide management clear and concise advise on business endeavors. This review will be held consistent with the quarterly standing agenda. The council reports directly to the President of COMPASS and its board of directors.
