COMPASS Information Systems, Inc. was founded by David and Rick Vogel in 1994. Since April of 1994, we have provided professional engineering and administration services to our customers.Over the past nine years, we have expanded our core competency to include Network Engineering (focused on Disaster Recovery Planning), IT Security (focused on Infosec and DCID 6.3 standards), and Platform Management (focused on distributed and cooperative computing).
We continue to concentrate on emerging technology within the industry and have sustained substantial growth over the past ten years. Incorporated in the state of Maryland (MD), we are a small business based on revenue and employees and are veteran-owned based on percentage of ownership and operation.
We seek information from each of our customers to constantly improve their environment and how we accomplish business together. This has given us a clear channel of communication that enables us to establish a Positive Impact.
